About Us: We are an outstanding primary school located in the beautiful town of Windsor, dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all our students. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting and teaching students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and to work within a supportive and highly regarded school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Collaborate with other staff members, including teaching assistants and specialists, to support student learning.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Primary Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Passion for working with SEND students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
