Contracts Assistant

Do you have previous experience within procurement or within drafting of contracts ? If so, an exciting opportunity to work within a tech firm as a contracts assistant has just become available! The successful applicant will enjoy a full time, hybrid role based in Birmingham City Centre, with a clear progression path and a salary of up to 30k!

You will report into the contracts manager and will predominantly be responsible for ensuring the consistency of all contracts. Your role could include but would not be limited to analysing and verifying supplier contracts, investigating gaps in contracts, making amendments, managing the contract lifecycles and ensuring a high quality of work at all times.

You will have a solid understanding of public procurement law and previous experience drafting contracts. This role would also be ideal for someone with a legal background with experience working on contracts who is looking for a change of field.
