MFL Teacher - Modern Foreign Languages
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate MFL Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in one or more modern foreign languages, fostering a love of languages and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall MFL curriculum
- Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages in a UK school setting
- Excellent subject knowledge and passion for languages
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4
- Additional qualifications in relevant languages
