REED Recruitment are recruiting for a leading Educational Establishment based in Bournemouth. Immediate start would be preferred.

Start date: ASAP, within one week
Duration: to end of Dec, possible extension
Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 8:30am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Candidate Rate of Pay: £13.00 hourly rate PAYE
Tasks to be Performed
- Processing of purchase ledger/accounts payable invoices and expenses, in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring invoices are coded to the correct budget code and sent to the correct budget approver.
- Resolving supplier queries and performing supplier statement reconciliations.
- Helping manage a shared email mailbox, where most supplier invoices, statements and queries are received.
Experience
- Previous experience of a high volume purchase ledger/accounts payable role is preferable
- Experience of using Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF editing software is necessary.
- Proven administrative, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team whilst also being able to work independently.
- Experience of using Access Dimensions helpful but not essential.
- Experience of the Higher Education sector helpful but not essential.
