Our client, a leading visitor attraction, is seeking Front of House Team Members to join their team in Greenwich. With a friendly and professional attitude, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and engaging with visitors of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all areas of the attraction, including entrance, gate-line, platform, ticket office, and external locations.
- Maximise sales and customer service targets, contributing to an increase in sales of various ticket packages and retail offerings.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guests leave satisfied.
- Strive to deliver a 5-star level of customer service, consistently exceeding customer satisfaction survey targets.
- Provide accurate information to guest queries regarding fares, local transport links, and nearby attractions.
- Demonstrate excellent cash handling skills in accordance with financial procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as paperwork, ticket supplies, and group bookings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of how to drive sales and create positive guest experiences
- Good general IT skills
- Works systematically and communicates challenges effectively.

Experience in customer experience is essential, and first aid training or experience working at visitor attractions is desirable.
