Are you a fluent Welsh speaker with a passion for supporting primary education? Tradewind Recruitment's dedicated Welsh department is currently registering Welsh Speaking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a range of exciting opportunities commencing in September 2024.

Our designated Welsh department works closely with schools in the Caerphilly area, assisting them with their staffing needs from short to long-term placements.
The Opportunity: We are seeking enthusiastic Welsh Speaking LSAs to join our team. Although these positions are temporary, there is a high potential for these roles to become permanent, directly employed by the schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons in Welsh
- Assisting pupils with their learning and development
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting the individual needs of pupils, including those with additional learning needs
What We Offer:
- Competitive daily pay rates between £92.50 - £110

Requirements:
- Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written)
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
