We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our clients renewable heating sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in renewable heating solutions.
Description
Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using the company's CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the CEO and the board
- Monitor personal sales performance against targets and KPIs, taking corrective action when necessary.
Profile
- Experience selling Building Products/Construction Materials is essential for this role
- Worked with Contractors, Architects, Specifiers or Local Authorities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to learn and understand technical product information.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
