Client Details

Our client manufacture low carbon heating system for homes. The market-leading energy performance of the electrical system enables households to reduce their energy bills and their carbon emissions.

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a positive impact on the environment? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our clients renewable heating sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in renewable heating solutions.

Description

Sales Generation:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using the company's CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for the CEO and the board
  • Monitor personal sales performance against targets and KPIs, taking corrective action when necessary.

Profile

  • Experience selling Building Products/Construction Materials is essential for this role
  • Worked with Contractors, Architects, Specifiers or Local Authorities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical product information.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
