Avanti Recruitment is currently working with a UK Proptech company that provides SaaS platforms to the property world. They are looking for a Fully Remote Support Engineer to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their Development team.
This is a fully remote position.

You will be working to enhance the efficiency of their Development team and your main responsibility will be to handle all bug and service request tickets to allow their Development team to concentrate on new features and more complex assignments.
Key Skills:
- Ruby and/ or Rails
- Effectively resolving bug issues
- Handled internal and external service requests (SQL Queries)
- Maintain detailed documentation to update ticket statuses
- Experience with code testing tools such as RSpec
