Working within a supportive team, the Recruitment coordinator will support a team of HRBPs, and lead in everything Recruitment!
- Working closely with stakeholders to manage and support/guide through recruitment process
- Job advertisements, ATS management and CV review
- Candidate communication and organising/attending interviews
- Manage the full candidate cycle - creating a strong and positive experience for each applicant
- Candidate attraction- a social media guru, who can promote employer brand and create talent pipelines
- Full onboarding process, paperwork, communications up to contract of employment
- References and compliance administration
- Support and lead inductions - they have a very strong induction process for new starters, and this person will be the face of the business during this process
- Represent the organisation with apprentice suppliers - schools, colleges, and interact with apprentices
- Represent the company at job fairs
- Works closely with HR BP team and cover for HR Co when on leave.
