Trainee IFA Administrator

EGRecruiting is delighted to be recruiting for two Graduate Administrators, to join a highly regarded and well-established IFA firm in North Tyneside, working from a regional office of a national business, where employees are truly valued, supported and rewarded.

As a recent Graduate, this is a superb opportunity to start your career in Financial Services where full training and support will be provided and you'll benefit from working with highly knowledgeable individuals. The role will see you working alongside an experienced IFA Administrator, providing a quality administration and support service to high net worth clients, allowing the Advisers to focus on client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:-

  • Organisation and management of workload, including data entry
  • Liaising with clients and providers to request and chase policy information, relating to pensions, investments and protection policies

Candidate Requirements

  • Recently qualified Graduate (Economics/Finance/Financial Services Related) or Administrator
  • Ideally, have some administration experience or previous experience gained within an IFA firm OR regulated environment OR can demonstrate an interest in developing a career within Financial Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and within a team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Commitment to pass basic internal financial services exams within 3 months of employment
