We are partnering with a dynamic, forward-thinking company who are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join their team. This is an entry level position in to the team, so would suit someone who is seeking a career with a great company, and is passionate about data, presentation, and continuous improvement.

About the role

  • Title: Operations Assistant
  • Role: Full time, permanent
  • Location: Wrexham, hybrid
  • Salary: up to £25K per annum depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior team members to deliver insightful and accurate presentations to clients.
  • Manage tactical activities within the Insights team, ensuring smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Curate and compile data into meaningful client-facing reports and presentations, using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the way client data is presented and ensure timely and effective feedback across teams.
  • Support the CEO in managing their diary for Data Insight meetings, optimising time and priorities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum one years' experience in administration
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural ability to identify data trends and insights.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring 100% accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, adaptable communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and clients.
