Expanding and award winning company based in Bishops Stortford are looking for a talented Customer Services Advisor to join their fantastic team!
- Dealing with a range of customer service duties including calls, order processing and product advice
- The Customer Service Advisor will respond to emails and online enquiries
- Be familiar with CRM or similar systems
- Provide support to other Customre Services Advisors within the team
- Chase missing or late orders
- Advise on new seasonal ranges and pricing
Experience
- Previously worked in a customer service advisor role
- IT literate and adept with MS Office
- Team Player looking for a long term role
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
