JRRL are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work in a friendly accounts team, in this well-established company. You will report to the Credit Control Team leader.
Responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant:
- Allocation of Payments: Allocating payments received to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices, ensuring accurate and reconciled records
- Invoicing: Support the reactive invoicing process, including the timely and accurate generation and dispatch of invoices to customers.
- Managing the credit card income account, including raising invoices where necessary, to cover unbilled customer accounts.
Person specification for Accounts Assistant:
- Minimujm of 1 year working in a similar role/within an accounts department
- Sage 50 or Sage 200 experience is desirable
- Excel knowledge
- Persistence and determination
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Ambition and desire to succeed.
- Organised and detail oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
