Sales Manager - Construction
50% Field Based / 50% Home Based (1 visit a month to the office)
£40,000 - £50,000 base salary + Company Car + Generous Commission Structure
I am working with a leading home improvements business with an impressive reputation. They are in a huge expansion phase and searching for a Construction Sales Manager to join the team.
Responsibility:
You will work closely with new and existing clients to win projects and oversee that they are delivered to a high standard.
- You will be responsible for attending site visits, understanding requirements and producing the tenders for the client to then win the project
- Understand the full build/project process
- Quote for works on both materials and labour
- Composing and actioning tenders from start through to implementation
- Implement and develop successful strategies ensuring the project is delivered within the time frame and budgets working closely with the project manager
- The ability to read, understand technical documents, drawings and plans
- Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and third party contractors
- Monitor the overall performance of the project - including materials, equipment and sub contractors
The ideal candidate will have industry experience with the ability to quote, tender and build strong relationships
