Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education, a deep understanding of diverse learning needs, and the ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to individual student requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with the latest SEN teaching strategies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN best practices and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
