Residential site labourer required in Chesterfield
Location: Chesterfield
Duration: A few days
Hours: 07:30am-16:30pm
Rates: £13.00-£17.00 per hour, dependent on pay type

This house builder is actively looking for a well-experienced and hard-working site labourer to work on their ongoing development in the Chesterfield area.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Manual lifting and moving heavy materials, compound clearance, site upkeep and basic maintenance of the compound,
Assisting with the stores and deliveries. Minor welfare duties may be involved when director's visits are held.
What you'll need to succeed
-A valid CSCS Card
-Preferably drive and have your own transport
-Experience working on residential building sites
-A minimum of 1-2 previous work references from Site Managers
-Already own PPE to wear on site, a hard hat, safety boots and a Hi-Vis
-Pre-plaster experience on site
