Key Responsibilities:
- Operation & maintenance of H&V plants, including pumps, motors, and actuators.
- Perform daily boiler room and plant checks.
- Maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
- Work on LV electrical installations: install, fault-find, and general maintenance.
- Handle scheduled installations and repairs, ensuring top-quality work.
- Manage stock and source materials from suppliers.
- Oversee contractors and provide technical support to colleagues.
- Maintain a safe working environment and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Ensure efficient service delivery by liaising with managers and colleagues.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies, and cover for colleagues when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BEng or level 2 diploma in mechanical, production, or electrical engineering.
- 18th Edition IEE wiring requirements, C&G, NVQ qualifications.
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
- Proven experience in building/facilities maintenance.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
