We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to work in our People and Culture team, managing our HR administrative function.
You will be responsible for all of the HR administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle and delivering an excellent employee experience from induction to the leavers process This includes HR systems, processes, data and timely and accurate administration, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policy and best practice.
You will be responsible in ensuring that our employee files and records are accurate and comply with our Ofsted and other regulatory body requirements.
Working with the Business Partner team you will also ensure that managers have access to key HR data about their staff and service.
You will also support on progressing the HR Strategy for the Group and identify process improvement and implement them along with your team.
You will also lead on the review of our policies and procedures and updating our intranet site therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
You will have previous experience of managing and motivating an operational HR team, transforming processes and the ability to write reports and present information to staff at all levels.

- Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience
- FCIPD Qualified
