A&G Resourcing Ltd is looking for an HGV Class 1 Shunter driver for our client based in Avonmouth.
Long term temporary work which may lead to a permanent position to the right candidate.
Monday - Friday
18:00pm-04:00am
£16.50/h + £35/night whch brings the salary up to £19.50/h
PAYE
Perm Salary £45k/ year
£36700 basic + £8750 night bonus
Main Responsibilities:
- Safely moving lorries around the yard
- Driving a mixture of vehicles around the yard
- Parking trailers and vehicles into loading bays, ready for collection
- Being ready to head out on the road to cover a route, if required
- Loading the vehicles so they are ready for the morning
Driver must have:
- Valid UK driving licence (C+E)
- Valid CPC and Tacho Card
- No more than 6 points.
- At least 1 year experience on an HGV Class 2 (client will accept newly qualified HGV Class 1 with previous Class 2 experience)
