Senior Finance Analyst, Central London (2 days a week)
£55- £60kpa plus great benefits
Our client, a global and dynamic retail brand, is looking to add a credible and ambitious Senior Finance Analyst to its talented team. This role will be a key member of the FP&A retail team and responsible for end-to-end financial support for the Marketing teams. We're looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in accounting, month end close activities, looking to gain broader analytical exposure as well.
Key Duties:-
- Collaborating with Marketing team to develop forecasts, annual budgets and long range plan
- Responsible for monthly close process including team reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis
- Reviewing monthly expense results with department leads and act as the business partner for expenses
- Supporting the decision making process and provide guidance to marketing on new business initiatives
- Supporting with deck preparation for business reviews with Senior Management
- Preparing analytical insights
- Supporting and preparing ad hoc analysis and special projects
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and innovative financial professional with the ability to multi-task with a high degree of analytical proficiency and integrity. This position requires commercial experience, a strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, monthly close process and the ability to build strong relationships across the business (both with finance and non-finance teams). This is an exciting and high-profile role with the opportunity to support drive significant change, as well as build relationships across the business.
