Residential Conveyancer
Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (1 day a week remote)

My client is a well-established, multi-site law firm with a strong reputation across Warwickshire. Known for delivering exceptional legal services, it takes pride in its long-standing client relationships and high staff retention. The firm's Kenilworth office is now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their close-knit team.
The Role:
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Lease extensions
It would be advantageous, but not essential, if you have some experience in commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold, leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions
- Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders
- Acting as a mentor to more junior members of the team
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing excellent client care, maintaining the firm's reputation for quality service
You
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a full and varied caseload independently
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with case management systems
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or years of experience as a Conveyancer
- Some commercial property experience is beneficial but not essential
