THE OPPORTUNITY:
A Commercial Insurance Broker who is looking to recruit an Account Executive to take over an existing book of business and Service it. You will be given a book of commercial insurance business to service and grow.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Account Executive will be responsible for an existing book of business consisting of commercial insurance classes and to grow this over time.
- Obtain renewal terms for customers and identify potential alternative quotations before presenting to the customer
- Work closely with Commercial Account Handlers to discuss broking strategy.
- Be able to close the deal and sign the prospect as a new client
- Continue to build long-lasting, highly credible relationships with all clients.
- Be motivated to develop new business opportunities by networking and growing your portfolio, whilst still maintaining exceptional standards of relationship management with your existing clients
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- You will be an existing Account Executive with Client facing experience or a Senior Commercial Account Handler or Broker looking to move into a full time Client facing role.
- You will have experience in Commercial Combined policies, Liability/Casualty risks and Motor risks.
- To have strong influencing, negotiating, problem solving and analytical skills
- New Business skills and a detailed knowledge of the core range of products & services
- Sales and service process knowledge, particularly sales through service
- Face to Face relationship building is key as you will be dealing with longstanding clients.
- To keep up to date with insurance industry developments and regulatory changes
