About the Bike Mechanic role:
You'll carry out high-quality repairs, servicing and maintenance - mostly bikes, but other sporting products too. You'll diagnose faults, recommend solutions, and deliver brilliant customer service. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, customer-focused workshop.

Sustainability is at the heart of the role. You'll help extend the life of bikes and products through repair, recycling and reuse - making sport more affordable and reducing waste.

Key responsibilities:

  • Mechanical and electrical bike repairs
  • Fault diagnosis and technical problem-solving
  • Supporting product recycling and reuse goals
  • Customer service and in-person advice
  • Stock control and workshop organisation
  • Using workshop systems and keeping accurate records
  • Learning new skills and supporting the wider team

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for bikes, cycling or sport
  • Experience with bike servicing - Cytech Level 2 or similar is a bonus
  • A great communicator who enjoys working with people
  • A problem solver who enjoys fixing things and finding solutions
  • Comfortable using IT systems to manage stock and repairs
  • Someone who cares about sustainability and making a positive impact
  • An interest in other sports or multisport repair is welcome but not essential
