About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Management Assistant to join a friendly team in Cardiff. This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting a busy property management operation with tenants across South Wales and London.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Book and coordinate repair/maintenance appointments
- Follow up on outstanding repair work
- Record rent payments and reservation deposits
- Handle tenant queries and complaints professionally
- Liaise with contractors and service providers
What You'll Need:
- Previous office administration experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Strong telephone manner and customer service skills
- Basic numeracy skills (e.g. rent calculations, percentages)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
