Role: Interim Procurement Business Partner - Staffing, Talent, HR
Rate: £696 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Client: FTSE 100 Pharmaceuticals organisation
Duration: Contract to mid-June 2025
Location: Hybrid working from home and one day per week in central London.
An exciting opportunity to join a world-leading Pharmaceuticals company, to implement and execute next-generation, global category strategies across Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Services. You will work closely with Senior stakeholders in Procurement and HR to understand requirements and identify opportunities to increase quality and drive value-for-money.
You will identify innovative procurement solutions with tangible savings, efficiencies and support for Workforce Planning. You will drive sustainable partnerships across the global Supply base.
You will drive continuous improvement to processes and services. This role will include both complementary workforce and permanent recruitment categories.
Requirements:
- Strong Category experience in Staffing Services / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Services and HR Services.
- Ideally, prior industry experience from consultancies including EY, PwC, Accenture, Deloitte, or KPMG.
- Ability to to articulate Supplier Diversity business cases and translate into action.
- Good understanding of P2P and and spend analysis systems.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Supplier Management experience, including Performance Management.
