Salary: £38,000 to £40,000

Wild Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client based in Milton Keynes. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their team and help streamline their operations.

Job Overview: As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's daily activities. You will be responsible to manage import/export operations, stock management, facilities management and play a lead in Health and Safety requirements for the company. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and control of stock held in Milton Keynes, to make sure there is high availability through stock profiling and management
  • Managing incoming goods
  • Managing export shipments
  • Management of facilities for the Milton Keynes site
  • Provide support to the Warehouse/Customers as required
  • Take a lead role in Health and Safety management of the company supporting the Operations Manager
  • Managing stock taking activities, including audit duties
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reporting

Any other duties as requested

Person Specifications:

  • 5-years minimum experience in import/export
  • Health and Safety Experience - ideally NEBOSH certified
  • Experience in Facilities Management
  • Good communicator
  • Resilient
  • Able to show initiative
  • Able to work both individually and part of a team
  • MS Office especially Excel, Word and Outlook (to advance level)
  • SAP experience - highly desirable
