Salary: £23,000 based on 37 hours
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness across all areas of the club.
- Manage events, booking enquires and liaise with customers.
- Oversee daily bar operations and staff rotas.
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring a knowledgeable and friendly team.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Where required, prepare, and cook food and or refreshments for either sale or hospitality for guests to the club.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the bar and/or hospitality industry is essential.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
