Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 4:00pm
Salary: Up To £43,000 Per

Duties Of This Role Include:
- Lead and motivate a team of staff on multiple sites.
- Undertake recruitment, induction, training, welfare and supervision of the housekeeping staff.
- Set performance goals and carry out appraisals.
- To lead, and manage accommodation and housekeeping to deliver an efficient and consistently excellent service throughout the college.
- Through the Accommodation Manager, maintain compliance with ANUK Code of Practice.
- Ensure the Student Accommodation handbook is regularly updated.
- Manage and coordinate logistics of internal room/office moves for staff & Fellows accommodation and offices.
- Manage college furniture inventory and condition reports for fellows, students and staff and offices.
What we're looking for in you:
- 5+ years experience as a Senior / Head of housekeeping.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- DBS Check (Or willing to undertake one).
- Confident IT User.
