Role Overview
A new role for a Service Charge Co-ordinator is available in our service charge team based in Birmingham, working closely with the team and is a good introduction to service charge and property management within Savills.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating service charge database and ensuring instructions are issued in line with timelines.
- Liaising with property managers, client accountants and external accountants to ensure all necessary information is received and queries resolved.
- Preparing year end reports and supplementary information assisting the service charge team.
- Involvement in ongoing service charge projects.
- Assist service charge team with workload where appropriate
Key Skills
- Computer literate, specifically with Excel and Word (Intermediate level required in excel ie.VLOOKUPS/Pivot Tables)
- Well organised with good initiative. Ability to manage own time is essential to meet KPI deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional manner, ability to communicate at all levels
- Team player
