Talent Guardian is partnering with a dynamic and growing team near to Ascot to find an experienced Print Project Coordinator. This role involves working closely with high-profile brands and retailers, providing comprehensive account management. Reporting directly to the Account Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in a small, agile team, supporting projects across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel required. The team's projects cover various categories, including:
- Retail interior design and build
- Point Of Sale (POS) displays
- Window displays and promotional activations
- Strategic initiatives to enhance retail offerings
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring all requirements are met
- Receive and interpret project briefs, coordinating with the supply chain to successfully execute campaigns
- Manage administrative tasks throughout the campaign and project workflow
- Maintain and grow client accounts with a focus on exceptional service and relationship management
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver top-quality design and manufacturing solutions
- Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers, presenting information clearly and professionally
- Support colleagues across the team as needed and contribute to a positive business culture
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in POS and print, particularly within the retail and brand sectors
- Strong understanding of print manufacturing and installation processes, with the ability to manage third-party suppliers
- Proven experience in client service and account management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Monday to Friday - Fully officed based working 8am - 4:30pm.
