RESPONSIBILITY OF SENIOR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST/ CONSULTANT:
- Continually manage and develop a dedicated and successful billing desk for the business
- Have sole responsibility to identify and develop new clients within region, which will involve personal face-to-face sales visits
- Work in conjunction with our Commercial Manager ensuring all revenue opportunities are maximised
- Seek networking opportunities that offer prospects to convert into commercial activity
- Advise on and sell the most appropriate permanent and temporary solutions to clients
- Create long lasting, positive working relationships with all clients and candidates ensuring all requirements are exceeded
- Take a proactive approach to all existing client relationships, ensuring we remain the preferred source for recruitment support
- Source first class candidates and brief them on suitable opportunities
- Offer CV, interview and general career advice
- Manage candidate journey from initial conversation/ registration right through to offer stage and beyond
- Ensure final arrangements made with client and candidate before commencement date
- Work in conjunction with wider team in order to deliver our renown services

- Must be able to overcome objection and be persistent, but professional in approach

WHAT'S ON OFFER:
- Basic salary in the region of £28,000 - £40,000, depending on experience with regular review focused on performance
- Generous and rewarding uncapped monthly commission structure
