I am working exclusively with a leading technology solutions provider with a strong presence in the ICT and Unified Communications (UC) industry. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Head of ICT/UC Sales to join our team and drive our growth to new heights.

About the Role:

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on spearheading the sales of our comprehensive ICT and UC solutions, catering to the diverse needs of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technology industry and a proven track record of success in selling complex ICT and UC solutions to a range of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets, driving business growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to optimize their performance and foster a collaborative and high-energy sales culture.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, and positioning our ICT/UC solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and effective networking.
  • Collaborate closely with our solution architects and technical teams to craft compelling proposals that address the unique requirements of our clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to maintain a deep understanding of the ICT/UC landscape.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the ICT and Unified Communications industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICT and UC solutions, including but not limited to cloud-based services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and unified communications tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, capable of engaging both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Passion for technology and its applications in transforming businesses of all sizes.
