Warehouse Operative Didcot £11.50 per hour
Two week placement starting ASAP following an interview.
Pertemps Didcot are recruiting for someone with an eye for detail who has experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Our client requires someone to carry out stock take on their products within their large warehouse near Didcot.
Warehouse Operative duties will include:
- Working from an excel spreadsheet to source stock locations.
- Pull down stock from locations within warehouse.
- Count stock levels and record on excel spreadsheet.
- Return stock to correct locations.
- Occasionally work from an alternative site location (transport provided).
- Working on your feet for the majority of each working day, with some time at a desk to record. stock levels on a compute.
To be considered for this Warehouse Operative position you will have:
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and be computer literate.
- A good mathematical ability in order to accurately count and monitor stock levels.
- Ability to work alone once given instructions.
- Manual handling experience.
More about the role:
This position is expected to be for a two week duration due to the volume of stock
An interview process will take place ahead of the start date to ensure suitability
Working hours: 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
