Key Responsibilities:
Support children in small groups or on a 1-1 basis. ???�???
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons. ??
Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. �?
Monitor student progress and provide encouragement and feedback. ??
Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all children. ???
Requirements:
Ideally, a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant EYFS experience. �?
Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential. ??
A passion for working with young children and supporting their development. ??
Strong communication skills and a team player attitude. ??
