Aerco, a growing distributor of electrical components, is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the team: Motivate and guide your team to deliver high-quality products efficiently and on schedule.
- Planning and scheduling: Allocate work, manage the production flow and ensure we meet customer deadlines.
- Quality control: Inspect all products and ensure they meet our strict standards.
- Continuous improvement: Contribute ideas to improve processes and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
- Technical skills: You'll be involved in the assembly process, so knowledge of electrical components and technical drawings is essential.

The Person
- Experience in electronics assembly, ideally in aerospace.
- Experience working in an AS9100 approved facility is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
