Exec Search Consultant (Basic £30-50K + commission)

Candidates must possess strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities, coupled with expertise in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
Who You Are?
- 3-6 Years Exec Search/Headhunting/Recruitment Experience
- Demonstrable track record preferably over a minimum of three full years of billings
- Existing client base/book of business or the ability to establish connections quickly
- Based in Leeds/Yorkshire
- Worked in Exec Search or at a good level of recruitment
- Ambitious, Autonomous, Hungry, Motivated, Likable, Presentable, Trustworthy, Resilient, Personable, Fearless, Determined, Excellent Communication and Written Skills
- Ideally, degree-educated and someone who is commercially minded.
