Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.

Our client is a professional, industry leading provider of Water Hygiene / Legionella management services across Educational, Healthcare, Industrial and Public sector sites. Due to consistent growth, they are now seeking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover contracts across West London and the surrounding counties. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out risk assessments on a mixed portfolio of sites including Industrial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Residential, ensuring to carry out work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 and site-specific schematic drawings. Experience working on process water systems would be beneficial to the role but not essential. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a company who has a family feel and prides themselves on providing tailored training plans to their employees.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Successfully obtained industry relevant qualifications e.g., City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Will have excellent communication skills.
" Ideally have experience working on process water systems.
" Excellent time management skills, organising workload in line with company and client needs.
" Will have experience working for a Water Hygiene / Legionella management company, ideally as a risk assessor.
The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites to carry out legionella risk assessments on both hot and cold-water systems.
" Ensuring to produce detailed legionella reports based on site findings making sure they are produced to clients in a timely manner.
" Produce detailed legionella management plans, liaising with clients to ensure they understand the required preventative measures.
" Providing clients with excellent technical support and advice.
" Creating and carrying out risk assessments in line with site specific schematic drawings.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
