Independent Forgings and Alloys (IFA), one of the UK's leading independent aerospace and industrial forgers, have a great opportunity to join us as Hirework Administrator.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility as Hirework Administrator is to provide administrative support to the wider Hirework team, including assisting in the quotation of enquiries, supporting in sales order entry, and raising despatch paperwork. Always maintaining a high level of customer service and promoting IFA, you will nurture and develop customer partnerships and key accounts to ensure department objectives are met.

In this key role, you will also support the department in with dealing with customer enquiries, quotations and production administration.

Who are we looking for?

We would like to hear from those who have knowledge of the industry and its markets, however this is by no means essential! More importantly, we would like our Hirework Administrator to be a confident communicator. An organised individual with a proactive approach to tasks, you will be comfortable working under your own initiative and as part of a team.

We manufacture high-integrity, open-die and closed-die forged components in nickel alloy, titanium, stainless steel and carbon alloys for customers and tier-one suppliers within the aerospace, nuclear, power generation, marine as well as oil and gas sector. We are unique due to the combination of open and closed-die forging while also undertaking the whole production process from raw material to the finished product in one location.
