Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + OTE £55,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by managing and growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Account Management: Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential growth areas.
- Negotiation: Conduct effective negotiations to secure favorable terms and maximize sales revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, design, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
The Fit
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the catering equipment or foodservice industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of the catering equipment or foodservice market.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
