Due to a promotion internally, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Records Officer to join our friendly team. You'll be working full-time from our March office; remote working is not possible for this particular role.

You'll be looking after our physical and electronic deeds, whilst managing our deeds library, by recording and filing all our deeds in accordance with the legacy operating companies that make up Clarion Housing. You'll digitise our deeds library by scanning land-based documents, ensuring that we have easy and on-demand access to all our important records.

You'll need prior experience in records management and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. If you're able to work independently with minimal direction and are willing to travel to other offices as needed, then we'd love to hear from you!
