Hoop PS&HR are proud to announce a brand-new exclusive role with our incredible client based in Cardiff City Centre. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills and knowledge across all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the HR team, with the chance to take on more responsibility as you grow.

You will be joining an environment that offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and experienced team. This position is with an incredible organisation that promotes the arts and is looking for someone who is extremely driven, kind, and caring. This position comes with a salary of up to £27,000, offers 27 days annual leave, staff discounts, family and friends' benefits, training and development. This is a full time FTC position until March 2025, and is fully site based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Be the first point of contact, resolving straight forward queries or directing queries to the right person.
  • Working with other members of the team and organisation.
  • Support the planning of meetings, and events.
  • Supporting the HR team in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date files.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding.

Key Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous HR and recruitment experience
