Property Team PA
to join the team to support the Head of Portfolio.

Your Role as a Property Team PA:
- Drive Daily Operations: Play a pivotal role in keeping property management running smoothly, ensuring all daily tasks are on track and efficiently executed.
- Tenant Relations Champion: Be the go-to contact for tenants, coordinating property access and providing timely follow-ups to maintain strong, positive relationships.
- Problem Solver on the Ground: Tackle property-related issues head-on, addressing them swiftly or escalating to leadership if needed.
- Master Maintenance Scheduler: Coordinate all necessary maintenance works and services, making sure everything gets done on time and to standard.
- Finance Collaborator: Work closely with the accounts team to streamline payments, receipts, and keep finances organized.
- Accounts and invoicing pro: Create purchase orders and oversee the full cycle of invoice approvals, making sure nothing slips through the cracks before reaching accounts.
- Operational dynamo: Using those exceptional organisational skills to keep all records—both paper and digital.
- Health & Safety Steward: Take responsibility for maintaining and updating health and safety records, ensuring all certifications are properly filed and accessible.
- Independent and Self-Motivated: Work independently to achieve goals and handle responsibilities, using initiative and sound judgment.
- Reporting Wizard: Generate insightful summaries and reports for the department head, helping drive data-based decisions.
- Tracking and Compliance monitoring: Maintain logs of pending tasks and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Organiser Extraordinaire: Create detailed schedules and trackers, keeping every project and task on course.
- Analytical and Organised: Utilise strong analytical skills to keep operations streamlined, efficient, and up to date.
The must haves and the ideal attributes and skills required:
- Property Administration experience (preferably 2 + years of experience) - previous experience working in Property Administration or a similar PA position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office: Strong Microsoft office skills, including Excel at an intermediate level.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills: Confident in building relationships with contractors and tenants alike.
- Exceptional organisational skills - Skilled at multi-tasking and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Clear and professional communicator - both written and verbal
- A team player - helpful and genuinely enjoys supporting a team.
- Calm, polite and eloquent telephone manner.
- Deadline-Driven and High Standards: Proven ability to meet deadlines while delivering quality work.
- Strong Academic Background: A degree is highly advantageous.
