Role Overview:
The firm are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wills, Trusts, and Probate Lawyer to join their esteemed team in either their High Wycombe or Amersham office. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with 2-5 years of PQE to advance their career in a thriving and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle your own caseload efficiently.
- Provide expert advice on Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of client care and service.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE.
- In-depth technical expertise and knowledge in Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
- Proven ability to handle and manage your own caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
