A new opportunity for a Graduate Accounts Assistant to join a leading business based in Guildford. Please note you will initially be office based 5 days per week and will therefore need to live within commutable distance.
Description
- Prepare/review year end statutory accounts for clients with supporting schedules where required.
- Liaise with clients/auditors as needed, dealing with issues which may arise, escalating to senior/manager as required.
- Assist in research of complex technical areas and offer solutions.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing consolidation models including disclosures.
Profile
- Candidates should be studying towards an accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA)
- May have some experience in a similar role but not essential
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
