  • Organise and schedule appointments
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Support department heads and staff in daily administrative tasks
  • Manage office budget and expenses
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
  • Create regular reports and update internal databases

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with office machines
  • Proficiency in English
  • A degree in Business Administration or relative field
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
