As a Business Development Coordinator, you'll support our sales efforts by managing reports, client records, and building strong relationships. You'll handle enquiries, convert group sales, and provide excellent customer service. Working closely with our park teams and business partners, you'll help create amazing opportunities that showcase our holiday parks.

What you will be doing...

  • Respond promptly to enquires and convert leads into bookings.
  • Achieve revenue targets through proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and cross-referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle all aspects of group/event bookings.
  • Produce contracts, proposals, and reports with precision.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sales opportunities.
  • Keep sales materials updated and track online sales performance.
  • Work with other departments to launch special offers with marketing support.
  • Manage correspondence and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Understand broader business impacts and align with company policies.
  • Meet or exceed team and individual goals with a deep knowledge of all parks.
