We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a busy team in Bath starting ASAP.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work within sales support and technical customer service, helping to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction across the client database.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process sales orders via telephone, email, and online shop
- Generate sales invoices and coordinate daily dispatch of customer orders
- Pack and dispatch orders for scheduled postal collections
- Provide technical advice and guidance on product selection
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure high standards of service
- Support account management by liaising with customers to ensure timely payments
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Assist with mail-outs, customer communications and marketing support
- Contribute to business development projects as needed
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team members
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
