Family Locum - Surrey - Six Month Contract
We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor, to support the our clients Family department whilst they look to recruit permanently.
The successful candidate will advise on a range of family and relationship matters including Divorce, Separation, Relationship Agreements , Children, Domestic Abuse and Financial settlements.
You will have a proven track record in delivering expert legal advice and high service levels to clients, whilst working independently on your own caseload.
This role will suit a Family Solicitor who is able to demonstrate:
- Experience of advising in the areas of Divorce and Financial Remedy
- Experience of advising within Children Act Proceedings
- Experience in advising unmarried couples and on cohabitee disputes
- Experience of drafting pre nuptial and post nuptial agreements would be an advantage
You should have the ability to manage your own caseload but there are experienced team members who will be able to provide support where needed.
