Role Overview:
As a Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our high-specification residential projects. You'll lead a team of skilled landscapers, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and clients to bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of superprime residential landscaping projects.
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain quality standards, safety protocols, and adherence to project specifications.
- Interpret plans and execute hard landscaping features, including paving, brickwork, and decking.
- Foster a cohesive and efficient working environment within your team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a landscape foreman or similar role.
- Proficiency in hard landscaping techniques and materials.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team.
