Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing:
As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of IT projects that align with organisational objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders and project teams, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning and execution of complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, and third-party suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Managing project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintaining close communication with stakeholders to define project scope and secure buy-in.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in managing and delivering IT projects.
- Relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecast needs, and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
